Mr. and Mrs. B are a close, active, and culturally curious couple who both work hybrid in Salt Lake. They have a deep love for learning about other cultures, which has been a defining thread of their relationship since their very first date at a folk dance festival. They have hosted students before and genuinely enjoy welcoming others into their home. T
Their daughter brings energy and joy to the household, and family, both immediate and extended, is at the heart of their daily life. They are kind, compassionate, and adventurous people who look forward to sharing Utah and all it has to offer.
This is a well-maintained detached home located in North Salt Lake, Utah. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering ample space for everyone. Students have their own private bedroom, each furnished with a bed, nightstand, dresser, bookcase, and desk. The home includes two comfortable living areas, one of which has a piano, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an open dining space, perfect for family meals and gatherings.
Facilities:North Salt Lake, UT is a quiet suburban community situated just north of Salt Lake City, offering easy access to schools, shopping, and public services. The neighborhood is family-oriented and safe, with nearby parks and recreational areas. The proximity to Salt Lake City means students can enjoy a wide range of cultural, educational, and entertainment opportunities, including world-class skiing, hiking trails, and a vibrant city center.
Local Area Facilities:The family enjoys home-cooked meals and values shared time at the table. Dinners are typically prepared at home with a focus on wholesome, balanced food. The family appreciates variety and is open to exploring different cuisines, including dishes from the student's own culture.
The household is warm and respectful. Students are expected to keep shared areas tidy, communicate openly about schedules and plans, and follow agreed-upon curfews. The family attends church on Sundays and participates in community events, and students are welcome but not required to join.
